By booking a stay at The Burgundy or using burgundy-website.pages.dev, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them — they cover the things that come up most often.

1. Reservations

All reservations are processed by our booking partner, Cloudbeds. By booking, you also agree to Cloudbeds' Terms of Service. The Burgundy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for any lawful reason, including but not limited to incomplete information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You must be 21 or older to book a room and present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

3. Cancellation policy

See your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms attached to your reservation. We follow industry-standard 48-hour cancellation in most cases — cancellations made more than 48 hours before your check-in date receive a full refund; cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be charged the first night's room and tax. Some promotional rates (such as advance-purchase rates) are non-refundable; this is disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Pet policy

We love your pets. All sizes are welcome. There is a flat $25 pet fee per stay (not per night). Pets must be leashed in all common areas, never left unattended in a room, and are expected to be quiet and clean. Damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. Guide animals and service animals are not subject to the pet fee, in accordance with the ADA.

5. Property rules

• Smoking: The Burgundy is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including vaping and cannabis use, is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected in a room.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. We're a small lodge, and your neighbors are right next door.
• Pool and hot tub: Open dawn to dusk. Use at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Fire pits: Available for guest use during posted hours. Please follow posted rules and keep an eye on any fire you start.
• Damages: The credit card on file will be charged for any damage to the property or unreturned items.
• Maximum occupancy: Posted maximum room occupancy is firm. Extra guests not on the reservation may be denied entry.

6. Right to refuse service

The Burgundy reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these Terms, behaves disruptively, or poses a risk to other guests or staff. No refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Liability

Guests use the property at their own risk. The Burgundy is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all stays.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Burgundy, Cedarwood Asset Management, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your stay, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of The Burgundy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or republish any of it without written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
