This Privacy Policy explains how The Burgundy ("we," "our," "us"), operated by Cedarwood Asset Management, collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit burgundy-website.pages.dev (the "Site"), book a stay, contact us, or otherwise interact with our business.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly. When you submit a contact form, group inquiry, or newsletter signup on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any other details you choose to share in a message.
• Booking information processed by Cloudbeds. When you click "Book Now," you are routed to our booking partner, Cloudbeds, who collects reservation details (dates, guest count, payment information, identification). Cloudbeds processes that data under their own privacy policy — see https://www.cloudbeds.com/privacy-policy/.
• Information collected automatically. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools collect IP addresses, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Process and manage bookings (handled by Cloudbeds).
• Send marketing emails to people who have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email).
• Improve our Site, our services, and our guest experience.

• Service providers who help us operate the business — Cloudbeds (booking), our email service provider (newsletter), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and analytics vendors.
