Three rooms, three modes.

Meeting space

The vaulted lounge seats 20 around a custom dining table. Whiteboards, AV, and a coffee bar that runs all morning. Strong WiFi. Real chairs.

Breakout space

Pull rooms aside for small-group work — the cabin suites double as breakout rooms, with sitting areas built for 4–6 people thinking out loud.

After-hours bar

The work day ends. The bar opens at 5. Buyout available for private team dinners and welcome receptions — same building, no Ubers.

Two ways teams use the property.

Day-One Kickoff (1 night)

Day 1, 2pm: Arrivals, check-in, welcome coffee in the lounge.
3pm: Working session in the main lounge.
6pm: Welcome reception at the bar.
7:30pm: Catered group dinner by the fire pits.
Day 2, 8am: Breakfast on the deck.
9am – 12pm: Working session, then close-out.
12pm: Lunch and departures.

3-Day Leadership Off-site (3 nights)

Day 1: Arrivals, dinner at the bar, evening fire pit.
Day 2: Full-day working session with breakouts. Group dinner in town.
Day 3: Half-day session, then a guided hike or lake morning. Optional team activity in the afternoon. Group dinner back at The Burgundy.
Day 4: Breakfast, closing reflection, departures by noon.
