New for 2026 · Inside The Burgundy

The Bar.

Brass, velvet, and amber light. Our newest gathering place — and the loudest love letter we've written to the alpine soul of The Burgundy.

The Story

Where the records spin and the night gets longer.

We tore out the old kitchenette and built something that lingers. A live-edge slab counter sits across the room — brass faucet glinting against burnt-orange tile, dark prints on cream walls, and a custom amber pendant turning every dusk into showtime.

Pull up a caramel velvet stool. Order a craft pour from a small but considered list. Ask the bartender what to try.

The Drinks

A short list. A long memory.

A handful of craft beers, a serious wine list curated for the mountain, and a cocktail menu built on house bitters and seasonal syrups. No frills, no fuss — just the kind of drink you'll remember the next morning, for the right reasons.
